We’ve referenced author Lily Hirsch’s booked Weird Al Seriously quite a few times on the show so we were beyond thrilled to have the author on the podcast to discuss Al’s take on Gerardo’s “Rico Suave”. We discuss how sometimes Al’s parodies help us fix a song that’s lyrics can be off putting and Taco Grande is a great early example of that!
