Telltale Launches Full Trailer For ‘The Walking Dead: Season 2’
Briefly: It’s nearly here. The game that Geekscape (and likely all of you) have been waiting for since November 20th, 2012: the continuation of Telltale’s The Walking Dead.
Lee’s journey may have come to an end, but his trials and tribulations will not be forgotten. Without him, Clementine wouldn’t have made it (over and over again), and she wouldn’t be as prepared for this new world as she is now.
Telltale has just launched a new, full trailer for this season’s premiere episode, “All That Remains”. The trailer shows off just a few of the situations you’ll find yourself in once the episode finally releases (Telltale says that’s “very soon”, but is probably December 17th), and they look to be the exact situations that you feared last year. You never wanted to see Clementine like this!
I feel as though we’ll be getting a much different game this time around. The title’s main mechanic, of course, is the reactions, choices, and conversations that you make, and putting a child into these situations instead of an adult can only complicate things (when’s the last time you took a child seriously).
All fears aside, we can’t wait to play. Take a look at the newest trailer below, and let us know what you think!
The Walking Dead: Season Two – A Telltale Games Series will continue the story of Clementine, a young girl orphaned at the outset of the undead apocalypse, now left to her own devices to seek safety and survive in a world gone mad. Now assuming the role of an ordinary child, players will struggle to outwit both the dead and the living in situations that will test their morals and control the flow of the story through their decisions and actions.
