Seth Gilliam Joins Season 5 Of ‘The Walking Dead’

Briefly: The Walking Dead has just added a new series regular.

The Wire‘s Seth Gilliam has joined the series in a yet-unspecified role. This marks the third The Wire cast member to join the show, as Chad Coleman (Tyreese) and Larry Gilliard Jr (Bob) also had roles on the HBO series.

No information about Gilliam’s role have been revealed, but THR thinks that he may be playing Gabriel Stokes, a troubled preacher introduced in issue 61, who has managed to survive a very long time, and is still featured prominently in the comic book.
