Pixar Announces New TV Special ‘Toy Story Of Terror’ For 2013

Each year around Halloween I watch re-runs of old horror movies and attend fright fests in the area, but next year Pixar Animation Studios has promised something that will probably take the place of Friday the 13th Part 5 on my list. They have announced that for next year’s Halloween season they plan to release a TV special known as Toy Story of Terror.

From what we’ve heard, Toy Story of Terror will fall under the creepy motel/murder mystery genre. It follows the toys as they arrive at a roadside motel where one of them inexplicably disappears and the survivors must solve the mystery before they’re all gone.

It hasn’t been confirmed whether the same actors from Toy Story 1, 2, & 3 will be returning as the voices of Buzz, Woody, and all the other lovable characters from the series franchise, but I will be keeping my fingers crossed.
