‘Gravity Falls’ Is Getting A Choose Your Own Adventure Book!

Still yearning for more Gravity Falls after watching the series finale last month? Well Yearn no longer!

Today it was revealed that the beloved Disney XD show will be coming back in the form of a choose your own adventure book titled Gravity Falls: Dipper and Mabel and the Curse of the Time Pirates’ Treasure!. A quote from the book’s amazon page reveals a bit more about the story.

Blendin Blandin is searching for the legendary Time Pirates’ Treasure, and he needs Dipper and Mabel’s help . . . and yours, too! Journey through time and explore the dragon-infested medieval era, the Weird-and-Wild West, and the laser-and-giant-baby-filled future. YOU choose from multiple paths that lead to different wacky adventures!

The book’s author, Jeffrey Rowe, wrote episodes of Gravity Falls; Alex Hirsch, the creator of the show, provided additional story for the book; and the book’s illustrator, Emmy Cicierega, was a storyboard artist for the show.

It should also be mentioned that buying the book will also net you a pretty cool double sided poster. The book is scheduled to launch later this year on July 26th and will retail for $12.99, but if you act now the book is currently 43% off on it’s amazon page for only $7.38.
