“G.I. Joe: Retaliation” Gets A New Trailer That Makes Us Completely Forget “Rise of Cobra”

Yeah. I paid to see “GI Joe: The Rise of Cobra”. I think a lot of us did. And we paid dearly. Can we ever be redeemed?

Well, if this new trailer posted by our friends at Machinima is any indication, the answer is yes. The plot is already better, with Zartan replacing the President of the United States and ordering the destruction of the Joes and implementation of Cobra as the lead national security force. Oh, and you also get The Rock and Bruce Willis raising eyebrows at each other a few times. Pretty romantic.

All in all, this is looking a lot more like “G.I. Joe: Redemption” than “Retaliation” but we’ll take it! Hell, we’ll take anything after that last mess…
