‘Angry Birds: Star Wars’ Coming Soon

It’s been revealed that Lucas Arts and Rovio will be teaming up to release a new game, officially titled Angry Birds: Star Wars. The game takes Rovio’s iconic birds and recasts them as Star Wars characters. We will have The Red Bird as Luke Skywalker, the Yellow Bird as Han Solo and the Big Brother Bird as Chewbacca.

Oh, and don’t just expect a game. There will be toys. Oh, there will be toys. These toys will be released at Toys R Us in Times Square on 10AM Monday, October 8th

Yesterday Amazon revealed an Angry Birds: Star Wars Jenga set being released in which we see The Death Star in the shape of a Pig. Also lined up is a Star Wars Angry Birds Bounce Millennium Falcon.
