It’s Official: Marie Is Coming To Western Versions Of ‘Persona 4 Ultimax’… And She’s Free!

Over the last few weeks, we’ve reproted the announcement and reveal trailer for Marie, the mysterious Velvet Room inhabitant who debuted in Persona 4 Golden on the Vita. At that point, she was only confirmed for the Japanese release, but the good folks at Atlus USA have revealed that not only will she be coming to the West, but that she will be free of charge during the first week of release!

Using her limitless bag of stuff, weather control, and her Persona, Kaguya, Marie is shaping up to be another varied fighter in a cast full of unique combatants. Like the previously announced Adachi, she will be available for purchase after the free download period ends. When including the Teddy bag and Tarrot Cards, that’s a whole lot of free stuff to be throwing at early adopters. If you were on the fence about picking this up, Marie is making that decision a whole lot easier.
